The Board of Outreach will assist the members of the Congregation, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to be equipped to connect people with Jesus, our Savior.

Congregational Activities Team – Will assist other boards and committees by providing a framework for outreach at congregation wide activities. It shall be responsible for assuring that all events sponsored by the church have outreach as a part of the event. Typical events where they would assist include, but are not limited to, new member Sunday, church picnics, special celebrations, Fourth of July.

Group Contacts Team – Will work with the numerous mission and ministry groups through their respective Boards within Grace, to assure outreach is a part of their events. Areas of the church where this committee will typically focus include Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, youth groups, support groups, bible study groups.

Hospitality Team – Will foster an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance at all Church functions and events, inside and outside the Church building. Will oversee the Welcome Center to make sure equipped with literature and materials to hand out and that members will be there before and after church services.
